Plumbing and Roofing Repair from Heaven

UNEXPECTED GIFTS

I rushed to the sink to get a drink of water. I was trying to rush out the door to catch a city bus that went by my route, but I was very thirsty that I could not wait to drink water. As I opened the water faucet, water was not just pouring out into the sink, it was also pouring out under the sink. I could not believe it! Since I was in a rush to leave, I was miraculously hoping that my mind was playing tricks on me with the water leak. I checked it several times and I also kept looking under the cabinet to make sure it was real. Unfortunately, it was very real!

Out of his Temple he Heard me

I started crying out to Jesus, saying please help me Jesus! Then, I started thinking that I needed to leave soon because the bus was coming. I did not want to be late to my class, but I also knew that I had to do something about the water leak under the kitchen sink before I left my home. A lot of different thoughts were racing through my mind. You know such as, I did not have the money to fix the pipe, I did not have time to do this, and who was going to fix the leaky pipe for me in my trailer home. Not to mention that I did not have a bucket to put under the sink. I was getting stressed out.

What Happened

I went around inside my trailer home looking for something to put under the sink. I found a small bowl. I put it under the sink. After, I put the bowl under the kitchen sink, I opened and closed the water faucet again. I tried it several times and nothing was coming out! I asked myself, what happened? I thought I was losing my mind. Well, as I wrote above, I did open and close the kitchen faucet several times and I did see the water gushing out of the bottom of the sink, but it was not doing it anymore. I said again, what happened? I thought about Jesus. I said, he gave me a miracle! Jesus, did the plumbing from heaven; he fixed the leaky pipe under the kitchen sink! So I thanked Jesus!

What Happened Next

After the first miracle, it had rained for two consecutive days. It was only light rain until I walked through the hallway of my trailer home. It started coming down fast and it was thundering and lightning. As I walked through the first bedroom, I felt a drop of water on my shoulder. I said, what was that? I walked back towards the drops of water on the floor. I bent down and I looked on the floor; it was wet. I said, not again! I stood on the hallway looking up, watching the rain seep inside the ceiling. The rain water accumulated on the ceiling until it became drops of water, leaking down to the floor. It was dripping down fast, but the drops of rain were small. It did make a puddle of water. This time, I did not pray again to Jesus. I did not think Jesus would give me another miracle. I was in distress but calm. I was thinking that Jesus probably said to me, you already had one miracle I cannot give you another one. I said, OK Jesus. I did not pray to him again. I went to the kitchen to get the bowl that I had left under the sink when the kitchen pipe leaked. I went to the hallway and I dried the wet floor. Then, I put the bowl under the leaky ceiling. To make sure the water would aim directly into the bowl, I watched the ceiling again. I did not see any accumulation of rain in the ceiling anymore! It was still raining but it was light rain again! I climbed up a chair, I looked and I touched the ceiling. There was no water on the ceiling! The ceiling was dry! Then, I climbed down the chair and I picked up the bowl to check it out. It was dry too! Believe me, I got confused! I asked myself, is someone playing tricks on me? Then I said, Jesus what are you doing to me? Then, I asked myself, am I losing my mind? I decided that Jesus gave me another miracle. I was astonished, that he gave me another miracle! So, I was glad that Jesus came and dried the rain water and sealed the leak of the ceiling. I thanked Jesus again for the second miracle! He seen my need without me praying again. Wow! Jesus visited me twice in a week with two miracles. Is he not the most wonderful and loving God! He is always willing to forgive, bless us, and love us. I love you Jesus!

On the bus

On my way to college, I could not concentrate on anything else but the miracle Jesus performed on the leaky sink. I cannot believe that he gave me two miracles too! I did not think I deserved any miracles, but Jesus did. Jesus knew and still knows my love and faithfulness towards him.
