Angelic Like Pet

BODO THE CAT

This article is about a dream and a vision. There is such a thing as having a vision while you are asleep.

Daniel 7:1-2 King James Version
1.) In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon Daniel had a dream and visions of his head upon his bed: then he wrote the dream, and told the sum of the matters.
2.) Daniel spake and said, I saw in my vision by night, and, behold, the four winds of the heaven strove upon the great sea.

17.) And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dream

I want to write about a night vision which I had in a dream. It was about our family pet which we had when I was young. Our family cat did not have a name. We could not figure out what to name this cat, because we could not tell if the cat was a male or female. The family cat had smoky-thick-short hair. My mother decided to name the cat, Graydee. I did not think that was a proper name for our pet. Out of it’s adorableness and cuteness that I seen in this cat, the name Bodo came to my mind. Even though, my mother called him Graydee, Bodo was my preferred name for this cat. So, I called him Bodo. I do not know how I got that name but I liked it. When our family friends would come over, they would ask me what the name of the cat was. I would say Bodo. They would ask, what kind of name is that? They would laugh at that name. I would calmly say, I do not know why but it just fits the cat. I did not appreciate that they made fun of our cat’s name because Bodo was very important to me. I was young and I was sensitive when it came to Bodo. Hey, where is the respect for Bodo? Lol I begin to love this cat a lot. I spent a lot of time around Bodo.

Bodos’ Death

When Bodo died, his death was very painful to me. I could not get over it. It was my first experience with death. Every time I cried, I used to cry to Jesus and say, how can someone get over the death of a pet. While tons of tears were streaming down my face, I said to Jesus, this is so painful that this pain seems to go on forever. When I was done crying, I would say to myself, I feel so weird crying over a pet. Then I would ask myself, is this even normal? I was young, what did I know about death and pain.

The Bright Room

In this night vision, I was in a medium size rectangle room. On the ceiling, in the center of this room was a very bright-yellow light. It was so bright that I could not see the actual color of the room. It appeared as a dark orange. The orange color of this room in this vision reminded me of the color of the room I had to share with my two sisters when we were young. In this room, there was a front doorway and across from the front doorway was a back doorway. Both doors to this doorways were opened and were located in the front center of this room and the back center of the room. This two open doors led into other rooms which seemed like a bedroom.

The Table

There was a rectangle table in front of me in this same room. I was standing on the right side of the back doorway of this room. Behind this table were a pile of unidentifiable boxes of products. The height of the boxes was tall that it reached the ceiling of this room. This boxes were leaning against the wall. There were some boxes and other miscellaneous stuff which I could not tell what they were on the floor by the table. I could see the floor because there was no covering on the table. The table top was empty. The table appeared as if it was made out of antique metal. The table top had an appearance of a brown-wood panel. The edge of this table and the legs were silver. On the left side of me against the three walls, were nicely decorated pieces of furniture. This three walls were separated by the two doorways across from each other.

The Female Toddler

As I stood about a feet in front of the table, I could see my mother on the right side close to the back-edge of the table. She was holding a female toddler in her arms while her hip was bent a little to hold the toddler up. She was swaying her slowly back and forth to entertain the toddler. The child appeared happy and focused. The little one had light skin. Her hair was thin and blond but short. It was combed down flat touching the back of her neck as if something was added to it to flatten it. She was wearing a white-thin summer-cotton dress. The hem of the dress had a thin-white lace. On the left side from where I was standing were my other relatives. I knew they were there in my dream, but I do not know who they were. I slightly remember, that a male was standing by me. It was either my son, my older brother when he was young or my grandson. Whomever it was, was trying to help Jesus explain to me what was happening in my dream and the reason it happened. I do not remember.

The Surprise Attack

As I was still standing in the same place by the table, suddenly, I heard a growling sound in back of me that sounded like a dog. I turned from where I was standing and I looked. It was a normal size dog that looked like a German Shepard. It was coming from the front door of the room staring my direction while growling at me. Then suddenly, I heard another growling sound in back of me by the table. So I quickly turned the direction of the front table and there was what appeared to be like another dog. It was about the same size as the first dog. Jesus was behind the table by the second dog. He was looking at the second dog speaking to it. He was instructing it what to do. I did not hear what he said to the second dog. As I was looking at the second dog, it was getting ready to jump over the table towards me. I asked myself this question. What did I do to this dogs to attack me? I kept staring at the second dog thinking, what a weird looking smoky-fur dog. Why does that dog’s face look familiar? It looks like it has a cat’s face but the body was a dog’s body. I thought, he must be a mutant of some kind. Then instead of the big smoky-fur dog leaping on to me, he leaped on to the first demon dog. The demonized dog disappeared instantly and exited out the same doorway it entered. The second dog disappeared too.

Another Attack

Then as I breathe in a sigh of relief, here comes the same first dog again! This time, it grabbed on to one of my fingers. I think, it was my middle finger. It grabbed my finger with it’s big terrifying teeth while trying to pulled out my finger from my hand. It growled with hatred as it held on to my finger. This evil dog was trying to rip off my finger. I noticed Jesus was by me. Then, I turned suddenly towards the dog. I looked firmly into the demonized dog’s eyes without any fear or terror. I commanded the evil dog to let go of my finger. The dog let go of my finger, looked down towards the floor humbly, made a noise indicating it was in pain, and then immediately left the room.

So here the Holy Spirit of Jesus was helping me protect myself using his authority which he has given us in Jesus name!

The Angelic like Bodo the Cat

The more I kept analyzing the second dog’s face, the more it looked like our dead pet’s face. Our pet had a smoky furry face like the dog in the vision. This angelic like animal that defended me in this vision was our family’s dead pet-cat, Bodo. Bodo was like an angel from heaven for me in this vision. As I was remembering more about this vision, Jesus was there behind the table by the cat, commanding Bodo what to do. So I am thinking, that when we go to heaven we will still have control over animals as we do on earth. It would be amazing that they talk as they used on earth. It amazed me that the cat was the size of a dog. It was beautiful. I wished I could have hugged Bodo before it disappeared. From my previous visions of Jesus in heaven, in heaven there are also giants.

Jesus Commanded Bodo to come out of the Spiritual Realm

Jesus and Bodo were not in back of the table until the wicked dog presented itself. Jesus suddenly showed up and was standing behind the table then he commanded Bodo to come out from the spiritual realm so that I can see Bodo’ protection for me in action. Then Jesus said to me, see I protect you! He used Bodo to protect me in this dream because Jesus knew I cared alot for Bodo while he was alive on earth. He was not a small-domesticated cat anymore like he was when he was alive on earth, but he was a big angelic like cat in heaven.

The Purpose of this Dream

Jesus allowed me to see this vision to remind me that he protects me in different ways. It was so cute that he showed me this way using our family pet. He let me see Bodo as I used to see the cat on earth. When I woke up from this dream, I felt the same love and pain of losing Bodo all over again as it happened when I was young. Jesus’ Holy power protected me all the time.
